In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return the goods purchased in our store within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to all the norms provided for by the Law.
Conditions for the exchange / return of goods of good quality.
Article 9. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":
The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased if the product did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by him for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase.
Goods of good quality are exchanged:
- if it has not been used;
- if its presentation is preserved;
- consumer properties, seals, labels;
- a settlement document issued to the consumer along with the goods sold.
