100-600 series KTR rubbers are copolymers with linear and radially closed polymer chains, consisting of butadiene and styrene groups. TPE rubber is a thermoplastic elastomer endowed with high tensile strength, excellent elastic characteristics and processing properties that eliminate the need for additional structure-forming chemical processes. These rubbers are used as a bitumen modifier to improve its elastic characteristics, increase the softening point and reduce the thermal flexibility of bitumen used to create waterproof coatings.
