Quality parameters

1. Protein. The indicator is determined by the wishes of the customer. Currently, feed flour from fish is produced in two types: a) crude protein 32% - this indicator is 12% lower than the indicator specified in GOST. In our case, this is determined by the fact that the heads and tails of the fish are mainly used in production. The GOST indicator is calculated for the production of fishmeal from whole fish, i.e. the head, tail and carcass of the fish (where the main protein is contained). b) crude protein 45% and above - the carcass of fish is also used in the production. And blood meal is also added.
2. Moisture. - 8 %.
3. Fat content. With protein 32 - 17% fat (fish oil!) - with protein 45 - 18% fat. (fermented fat is “light”, i.e. easily digestible, the fat does not oxidize after the fermentation process and therefore there is no need to add fat separately to the final product (compound feed). (Usually fat comes with a high content of antioxidants and stabilizers) -
4. Acid number of fat - & from 7% to 12%
5. Phosphorus - 1.8%
6. Calcium - 6%
7. digestibility. (Comment - we distinguish between "-solubility" - (as a standard test) and actual digestibility. By solubility - about 70%. According to actual assimilation, the indicator is significantly higher - not lower than 90%. This indicator is determined by the peculiarity of the production method - fermentation.

Dosages for animals

• for chickens in the composition of the starter feed - 7% of the total mass of the feed, in the composition of the final feed - 3%;
• for an adult bird - 2–3%;
• for piglets aged from four to ten weeks as part of a starter - 5%;
• for piglets older than ten weeks - 3%
• for breeding sows - from 2% to 10%;
• for cattle - up to 10%.
